If you are visiting our park and we have to clear the water due to inclement weather you will be issued a rain check if you have been on the water less than half of your time. We do NOT issue REFUNDS at all for weather related issues. Rain checks will allow you to reschedule your day and time for another day. You may choose to receive an account credit that you can use to apply to another visit at a later date when you book.
If you have had to clear the park due to inclement weather you must see the front table the same day to receive your rain check or account credit if it applies, or text 919-556-1803 to receive your rain check for that time slot. If rain check request has not been received the same day as the occurrence then a rain
check cannot be issued.

Account Store Credit will be issued for the cancellation of any reservation. Account Store Credit will be held on your account and can be used for any future reservation or purchase at Fantasy Lake Adventure Park. If you prefer to receive a refund to your credit card there will be a 10% cancellation fee applied to any refunds to a credit card.
Small groups of less than 10 participants can cancel their event for a full credit to their Fantasy Lake Adventure Park account outside of 48 hours of the event date/time. If a reservation is canceled within a 48 hour window of the reservation date/time, there will be a 25% cancellation fee.
Large Group orders of $2000 or more may be cancelled for a full refund to their Fantasy Lake Adventure Park account outside of 1 month. For cancellations within 1 month of the event date, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Final payment is due one week prior to the event and is non-refundable.

Changes Due to Inclement Weather: Any reservation changes due to inclement weather will not incur any reservation change fees.
Individual Reservations: Changes to single general admission tickets can be made up to 48 hours prior to the event without a fee. Changes within a 48 hr window may be charged a 25% change fee.
Group Reservations: Parties of 10 or more participants can make changes 1 week prior to their event without a fee. Within 1 week of the event, changes may be charged a 25% change fee.

If a reservation goes unused or participants are a "no show" where ticket day/times are allowed to lapse without advance notice to Fantasy Lake Adventure Park, the tickets are not eligible for refund or reschedule.

Entry to the park - No age / No height / No Weight Restriction
Inflatable Water Park - MUST be 5 years of age and able to swim to take part in the water activities.
Junior Inflatable Water Park - MUST be 3 - 5 years of age and able to swim to take part in the water activity.
Weight Restriction - Must be able to wear a life jacket size 5 - 7X. And be able to pull yourself out of the water. There is no walk out area.
To be in the park without and adult you must be 15 years of age or older.

For your safety, life jackets must be worn when in the water or walking on the docks. (We do not allow your own life jacket to be worn)

No. Parking is free. There is absolutely no unloading or loading at the front gate.

Scuba divers must be certified and dive with a buddy. You can contact local dive shops to take certification classes. Fantasy Lake Adventure Park does not offer classes. You will need your own equipment to dive. Must purchase a scuba diving pass to dive.

Yes. All visitors to the park must purchase a gate pass or an activity pass.

You will receive a confirmation email with an order number. You can print that page or show the order number on your phone upon entering the park. This pass is date & time specific. No refunds. You may reschedule with a 48 hr. notice. Follow the reschedule link on your receipt.

Follow the link on your receipt and fill out the form online. All waivers must be completed before arriving to the park. Paper waivers will not be accepted.

Yes, but do not bring glass or alcohol. Pack out what you pack in and please use the garbage cans. Coolers are welcome, but subject to inspection by the park staff. You CANNOT bring your own grill or sterno to heat.

No. Everyone entering the park must sign a liability release waiver and pay an admission fee.

We have concessions located at the Wibit Water Adventure area that features cold drinks, ice cream and snacks. More to come in the future!

We accept all major credit cards including Amex, Master Card, Visa and Discover. All transactions will be done online for passes and concessions.

No outside music is allowed.

You may your own beach chairs, but no umbrellas are allowed.

We do not allow tents of any type. Umbrellas are not allowed either.

Yes you can! You may arrive early and hang out on land until your session! We do not offer swimming before or after your session has expired. The only thing we ask is that you bring your lifejacket back after your session is over.
Rules
Waterpark Rules
Everyone entering the park must purchase a ticket and fill out a waiver. The waiver link will be emailed to you. Everyone in your group must sign one and anyone under 18 must have waiver signed by parent/guardian. (NO WAIVER, NO ENTRY)
An adult must accompany all children under 15 years of age.
Do Not unload or load people or belongings on the road or near the front gate. Please use the entrance and exit. We are on a main road and must be respectful of traffic and private property around the park.
Wibit Water Park passes, Scuba Passes, and Cabana rentals must be purchased online. Cabana’s are assigned when you arrive.

If you choose a date and are unable to proceed with purchase the date is SOLD OUT. Sold out means Sold out! Tickets are not available on site. You can periodically check the website to see if any become available.
The pass is date specific. NO REFUNDS. Date changes are allowed with a 48 hr. notice.
Please check the email address you enter! You will be emailed a receipt and the link to sign the entrance waiver.
After purchasing you will receive a link to your waiver, please use the link emailed to you and it will attach to your reservation. Fill out waivers prior to arrival.
You may also scan the QR Code below to access and complete the online waiver prior to your arrival.
Beach wear is recommended - Family friendly bathing suits and aqua socks. (Aqua socks available for purchase)

Smoking and alcohol are prohibited. Persons suspected to be under the influence of alcohol/drugs will be refused admittance or ejected from the park without a refund.
We reserve the right to close any park area or restrict its use whenever the safety or health of patrons is endangered. All activities will be suspended during thunder or lightning.
Animals are not permitted in the park.
Food and drinks are welcome into the park but no glassware, alcohol or grilling is allowed. We reserve the right to search any bags or parcels brought on premise.
By entering the park you give permission for us to photograph and/or take video footage for any purpose without payment.
Lifeguards are on duty in designated areas only. All participates affirm and acknowledge the inherent hazards and risks associated with water and or jumping.
Do not distract on-duty lifeguards. Direct non emergency questions to other staff members.
Please remove all jewelry. Your Sun glasses will sink!
Pregnant women and persons with heart conditions, bad back troubles, previous injuries or cast should not do any of the water activities.
Prohibited at all times: Running, dunking, pushing, hanging on ropes, profanity and horseplay.
Cliff Jumping Rules - NO Diving, NO Flipping, NO Running, NO Pushing, NO Horseplay near cliffs.
Only 1 person in jumping area at a time. Jumpers must wait for clearance from lifeguard before jumping.
Disciplinary Policy
First offense - Warning from lifeguard and/or park staff
Second offense - Sitting out of area 15 minutes
Third offense - Ejection from the park without refund
Serious offenses may result in immediate and permanent ejection from park for any individual who is in violation of the rules.
Scuba Diving Rules
ALL Divers MUST purchase a diving pass and fill out waiver and have it on file ONLINE before entering the Park. No Exceptions Made.
Only certified Divers and students with instructors may scuba dive in the park.
Divers must be 18 years of age or older, unless being certified with an instructor. Also certified divers under 18 years of age may dive when accompanied by a certified diving parent.
Divers must be certified in scuba diving by an approved nationally recognized agency.
When scuba diving at Fantasy Lake Adventure Park, only “Buddy Diving” is permitted.
No Glass, No Alcohol or Drugs of any kind will be permitted before or during diving.
No Defacing, destruction, or moving diving attractions will be allowed. Do Not Move Them!!!
Diving privileges may be suspended temporarily or permanently at the Park's management's discretion for reasons of safety, i.e., lighting, darkness, etc., or for infractions of the rules, i.e., drinking, fishing, unsafe or improper diving practices, etc.
NO Fishing, NO Spear Gun Fishing, NO Knife Use, and NO Shooting will be allowed.
No Pets will be permitted in the park.
Night Dives are permitted Thursday - Saturday. Gates are locked promptly at 9 pm. Gates are locked other nights at 7 pm. Night dives may be arranged on other nights with prior approval of the Park's Management. Night dives must be completed prior to 9:00 pm. Contact us at 919-556-1803
When signing in to visit or dive at Fantasy Lake Scuba Park, you acknowledge that you understand the Park is located where an abandoned Rock Quarry was filled with water. For safety, no cliff diving or walking around the edges or sides of the rock walls is permitted.
There is no lifeguard on duty as their need in scuba diving is very limited. Therefore, you must always abide by all safety rules and regulations and dive with a dive buddy to ensure your own safety.
By signing into the park for the privilege of visiting or diving, you release the Park, it's owner, management and employees from any liability from injury or loss which you may sustain by entering and using the Park's property.
The Park gate will be locked at 7 pm for the convenience and safety of the Park's patrons and for the preservation of the park. except when night dives are scheduled. On these evenings, the Park gate will be closed at 9 pm.
